Jobber Receptionist answers calls and texts from inside the Jobber app. It needs a Jobber phone number, and Jobber only hands those out in the US, Canada and the UK.
Jobber’s AI receptionist is a US$29 a month add-on to a Jobber plan, with 30 conversations included and US$0.79 for each one after that. Going by Jobber’s own help centre, an Australian business can’t use it, because it needs a Jobber phone number and those only come in the US, Canada and the UK.
It’s included on Jobber’s top plan, Plus. Jobber shows all its prices in US dollars.

Keep your number and forward it to the assistant’s own Australian mobile. Jobber’s needs a phone number it doesn’t offer here.

Jobber’s job software does cater for Australian businesses. Its help centre shows how to make your invoices say Tax Invoice. The receptionist is the part you can’t switch on here, going by its own pages.

Not according to its help centre. Receptionist needs a Jobber dedicated phone number, and those are available in the US, Canada and the UK. We found no Australian pages on Jobber’s site, and its demo lines are US and Canadian numbers.
Plus includes it with unlimited use. On Core, Connect and Grow it’s a paid add-on. Jobber’s help centre says add-ons can’t be used during the free trial of Jobber itself.
