Answering service prices are from Australian services we checked in October 2026. Theirs change, and some add GST on top.
Customers don’t leave messages any more. They ring the next tradie on Google, and by the time you’re off the roof, they’ve booked that one.
A message doesn’t book the job. By the time you ring back, a fair few callers have already booked someone else.
So our assistant does the booking while they’re still on the phone, and only bothers you with the urgent ones.
And because people hang up on a robot that pretends to be a person, it tells them straight up it’s your assistant.
