Name, suburb, what’s wrong and how urgent it is.
It books it, or gets you
Routine jobs go in your calendar. Emergencies get texted to you straight away.
What it won’t do
It won’t pretend to be you. It says it’s your assistant, because people hang up on a robot that pretends to be a person.
It won’t make up a price or promise a time you haven’t given us. If it doesn’t know, it says so and takes their details so you can ring back.
It can’t cut the last LVL 100 mm short at 2:45 on a Friday. It can answer your phone.

How much does an AI receptionist cost in Australia?
Ours is A$299 a month for a sole trader, with 100 minutes and 150 texts included, plus A$299 to set up. Teams of 2 to 4 pay A$449, and 5 to 10 pay A$799.
Will my customers know it’s not me?
Yes. It tells them straight up it’s your assistant. If they want you, it takes their number and you ring them back.
Does it answer after hours?
Yes, any hour, every day. Only what you’ve said counts as an emergency gets texted to you at night.
Do I have to set it up myself?
No. We have a chat with you, set it all up and keep it running. You don’t touch any software.
What if it says something wrong?
Text us. We read what it says to your customers, and we fix it.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. It’s month to month, because 12 months is a big commitment to make to a robot.
