How it works
Will my customers know it’s not me?
Yes. It tells them straight up it’s your assistant. If they want you, it takes their number and you ring them back.
Does it answer after hours and on weekends?
Yes, any hour. During the day you can have it ring you first, so it only picks up when you don’t.
What counts as an emergency?
You decide. Whatever you pick gets texted to you straight away, any hour.
Can it tell an emergency from a routine job?
It asks. You tell us what counts, and it checks for those on every call.
What does it do with routine jobs?
Books them at times you’re free. The customer gets a confirmation and a reminder the day before.
Does it answer texts too?
Yes. The text assistant answers texts and the chat on your website, and books the job.
Setting up
Do I have to set it up myself?
No. We have a chat with you, set it all up and keep it running. You don’t touch any software.
Do I have to learn any software?
No. We set it up and keep it running. Job details come to you by text, and bookings show up in an app on your phone.
Does it book into ServiceM8 or Fergus?
Yes. It only offers times you’re free in ServiceM8 or Fergus, and the job lands there by itself.
I’m not on ServiceM8 or Fergus. Does that matter?
On something else? It books into Google Calendar, Outlook or a calendar on your phone instead. Tell us what you use and we’ll make it work.
What if it says something wrong?
Text us. We read what it says to your customers, and we fix it.
Can I change what it says?
Yes. Text us and we’ll change it.
Prices
How much does it cost?
Core is A$299 a month for a sole trader, A$449 for 2 to 4 people and A$799 for 5 to 10, with minutes and texts included.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. A$299 for a sole trader and A$499 for 2 to 10 people. That’s us doing the setting up.
What happens if I go over?
Extra minutes are A$0.49 each and extra texts A$0.25 each. It keeps answering.
Is GST on top?
No. That’s the whole price. Nothing gets added on top.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. It’s month to month, because 12 months is a big commitment to make to a robot.
