Say what’s wrong and where you are. It asks the questions a plumber would.
Ask it something
Ask about hot water, blocked drains or which suburbs Mario covers.
Text it
Try “Hot water’s gone cold. Can someone come out this week?” The text assistant replies and books you in.
Book a job
Go on. Mario won’t turn up. He’s made up.

Is Mario real?

No. Mario’s Plumbing is made up, so nobody turns up if you book a job. The assistant is real, and it’s set up the way yours would be.

Will mine answer as my business?

Yes. It answers with your business name, your services and your area.

Can I text it too?

Yes. Text the same number and the text assistant replies.

Will my customers know it’s not me?

Yes. It tells them straight up it’s your assistant. If they want you, it takes their number and you ring them back.

We do the setting up and test it with you, and it’s answering within days. You don’t touch any software.
