After each job, the customer gets a text asking how it went. Happy customers get your Google review link. If someone’s unhappy, you hear about it first.
How it works
You mark the job done
In the app on your phone.
Two hours later, they get a text
Asking them to rate the job from 1 to 5.
4 or 5 gets your review link
Three days later they get a thank you, asking them to pass your number on.
1, 2 or 3 gets you
No review link. You get a text with their name and number, so you can ring them.
Why it asks first
The text goes out while the job’s still fresh, and the link takes them straight to your Google review page.
If someone wasn’t happy, you hear about it first, so you can sort it out.
Texts only go out between 9am and 5pm.

Do I need a Google profile?
Yes, for the review link. We set those up too, for A$290.
Can I change what it says?
Yes. Text us and we’ll change it.
Is it included?
Yes, it’s part of Core. Its texts come out of your monthly allowance.
