Do I have to set anything up myself?
One thing: the call forwarding on your phone, because only your phone can do that. We go through it with you on a call. We do the rest.
How do I get something changed?

Will my customers know it’s an assistant?
Yes. It tells them straight up. If they want you, it takes their number and you ring them back.
What if I go over my minutes or texts?
It keeps answering. Extra minutes are A$0.49 each and extra texts A$0.25 each.
Can I hear what my customers hear?
