You sign in to Facebook once and pick your business Page and the Instagram account linked to it.

We hook up your WhatsApp business number with you during setup.
We test it
We send it a test message on each one and check the replies.

Every conversation is in the app on your phone. Read what it said, and reply yourself whenever you like.

It answers messages. Comments on your posts are yours.

Anything you’ve said counts as urgent comes to you straight away, by text.

If someone asks for you, it takes their details and you get back to them. The rest it books, or answers from what you’ve told us.

What if they message at 2am?

It answers straight away. Urgent ones get texted to you, and the rest get booked or wait for you in the morning.

Do I need a Facebook business Page?

Yes, for Facebook and Instagram. It works with a business Page and the Instagram account linked to it.

Can I switch it off on one of them?

Yes. Tell us and we’ll switch it off there.

Does WhatsApp cost extra?

Yes, a little. WhatsApp charges businesses for some messages, and the connection has its own monthly fee. Ask us what it comes to for your business.

Does it say it’s an assistant in messages too?

Yes, the same as on the phone.
