Every plan does the same things. What changes with the size of your business is the price, and how many minutes and texts come with it.

Australian dollars. We’re not registered for GST, so none is added. Month to month.
What counts
A minute is a minute your assistant spends on a call. If your phone rings first and you answer it, your assistant never picks up, so that call doesn’t use your minutes.
A text is a text sent from your assistant’s number: the missed-call text, booking confirmations, reminders and replies.
Unused minutes and texts don’t roll over to the next month.
If you go over
Your assistant keeps answering. Extra minutes are A$0.49 each and extra texts A$0.25 each, at any hour. They’re added to your next monthly bill.
What stops one caller eating your minutes
- The text assistant stops replying after 30 replies in one conversation. Booking a job switches it back on
- If one number rings your assistant 5 times in 24 hours, you get a text. If it’s spam, text us and we’ll block it
- If one number sends 20 texts in 24 hours, you get a text about that too
- We get an alert if your usage suddenly jumps, and we look into it

How do I know how much I’ve used?
Ask us. Text 0468 075 000 and we’ll tell you where you’re at.
My business has grown. Do I change plans?
Your plan goes by how many people work in the business. If that changes, tell us.
Is GST added?
No. The price is the whole price.
How do I cancel?
Text or email us. It’s month to month, because 12 months is a big commitment to make to a robot. It keeps running to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
