If the business is you and maybe a few others, nobody’s free to answer the phone while the work’s being done. An AI receptionist picks up, finds out what the caller needs, books the routine work into your calendar and texts you anything urgent.
Ours is A$299 a month for a sole trader, with 100 minutes and 150 texts included. We set it up, and it tells every caller it’s your assistant.

If a call still goes unanswered, they get a text from your business name asking what they need.
